Horrible service! I've been waiting weekly compensation for one month and it's still in process. No-one can say how long time will it take and when I could get my money. When we pay taxes, it happens quickly and automatically. However, when we need help, we must wait. This is bureaucracy at its worst.
In this day and age one needs to be very aware that people will try to without your permission know everything there is too know about your claim and the inherent weaknesses your claim may contain. They will then use this against you. Stay strong.
Terrible customer service. Will be writing an official complaint to the health and disability commissioner. I have had a broken back and recent hip surgery relating to an accident and now I’m trying to get a rehab physio program and they closed my file weeks ago without advising me or following up. How is that even legal?? I have also been waiting 12months for my accomodation reimbursement because I couldn’t fly due to a punctured lung. ACC is meant is to help and dont follow up or commit to promised they make. Definitely not complying with the health rights us citizens are paying for in levy’s and deserve. So sad.
Hate ACC, slow or no help, but quick to deduct money
I had the best experience with acc in New Zealand after suffering moderate concussion 2 months ago. I was dealing with two very helpful and capable case managers who exceeded my expecations in every way :-. Thank you guys for all your help during my recovery, you are doing awesome work.
Call centre people are nice but others inside that manage seem to have very poor skills.
no one ever answers the phone. terrible
