Yet again to day I paid my pricey fare for my journey to be let through the turn styles and then stopped from getting on the boat as it was full. Is it just me or is this fraud? Taking my money then refusing service. They should be stopping us at the point of payment as they can just as easily count passengers from there. As a result I was in the pen with 100 other dissapointed hopefuls for 10 minutes waiting for the next boat when I could have paid less money and taken the ferry with the same destination time and a more peaceful ride. Its even worse when its raining and you get soaked on the gangway. Enough! Vote with your feet people, catch the slow boat, 5 out of 10 you will get there the same time anyway.

Had the worst experience today which stands out 100 times more than any good experience with this company. Boat crew saw me coming down the ramp (2 minutes prior to scheduled leaving time) and regardless closed the gates and pulled away early. The Staff on boats let this company down.

this is really great way to go to Mosman: Taronga Zoo and then manly beach. i had set up my GoPro and taken amazing videos and timelapses using it.
