The harbour story AM tour is awesome. The boat is big and beautiful, crew is very welcoming and helpful. The round trip take us through many harbours, iconic places, into the tasmanian sea and to under the harbour bridge. The live commentary was interesting and informative. Lots of photo opportunities and even the crew help the guest to take nice pictures.

Waste of time. Bought ticket for Blue Loop, checked against brochure and counter and confirm that it will bring us to Darling Harbour. When boarding the ferry, the guy who checks ticket refuses tear the ticket along the dotted line and return to us, saying we won't need it anymore. When the ferry docks at circular quay again, they deny that blue loop includes darling harbour. And request us to show prove that we bought blue loop ticket. And insist that we need to purchase another blue loop ticket if we want to go darling harbour. We asked the guy who checkes our ticket and the counter who sold us the ticket. They say to check with their management. Its the management fault. Scheme or what?

We had the 48 hour hop on/off passes. We enjoyed cruising and getting off to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions.

We took the seafood buffet cruise and it was exceptional. Seafood was all fresh and the range was extensive. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The Manager saw that some of us were not eating seafood so he organised some steak plates to be sent down to us. These guys are in touch with reality and today's expectations. Keep up the great work. No need to change a good thing.

The online booking is a bit difficult, in that the information they give you afterwards is so convoluted and not written well. I had no idea which port my tour was meeting at and it wound up being the wrong port that I'm staying close to. In any regard, after some pestering from their email customer service rep he got everything sorted. The tour itself is great - get the Premium. It's worth the extra $10. We were welcomed with champagne upon embarking and got first choice for seats. We also got a cake package which was pretty neat and a free coffee drink on board. Our commentator, Paul, was super friendly and his explanation of things we were passing were really interesting and helpful.
