The staff here are amazing and they take the time to make sure you have all the information you need. It’s also a great place to get quality Xmas presents for a good price.

I live out of town so only utilise Malouf's when I'm visiting in Mackay. On average around 3 times a year for the past 16 years. I would have to say I've yet to have a bad experience. No matter what time of day I've popped in, for scripts, for advice and/or to purchase other items, service has been professional, helpful and friendly.

Popped in a script at 9am, came back at 9:10 to see if it was ready. Got laughed at, told there were a few in front. I asked if I could sit and wait, was told yes. Then at 9:45 I asked if it was ready, they had put it to one side and hadn't bothered to start. Got accused of not telling them - I pointed it out. Then she said, wrong basket, put it in a different and handed it over. Still waiting. Rude. No apology. Unacceptable.

Worst service ever, or what I should say is no service. I went in to make an over the counter purchase of kids panadol today, 3 attendants behind the counter 1 was serving another was watching the young girl, possibly supervising and the other elderly lady was having a lovely chat with what I assume was a friend based on the conversation they were having. I was totally ignored and I waited for probably 2 or so minutes before I decided to go to another pharmacy on my way home. I won’t be back as this isn’t the 1st time this has occurred. If your staff believe they are above serving then maybe it’s time you got some new staff.

Would rate 0 if I could..! Rude stuff, treated me like I wasn't worth their time just because I had a mullet. Worst attitude I have ever experienced in any retail. Spoke down on with me a terrible attitude and couldn't get me out of there fast enough.

Over the past couple of months I have been into Maloufs Mt Pleasant quite a few times.  Staff are great, super helpful, and efficient.

The team at Malouf Pharmacy Mackay has always gone above and beyond for any questions I have. I have only ever had excellent experiences in all facets of their customer care. Not to mention the shop is beautifully set out with a wide range of stock.

The old ladies working there have to be the rudest people I've had the displeasure to be served by. Every single visit is a bad experience.
