Poor customer service by one of the sales girls. Just asked a simple question about a perfume and I was shown a lot of attitude.nnI think they need to be better trained with customer service as a priority.

Staff no trained very well. I asked about a script for myself and the girl filled my husbands. Sitting waiting then asked when will it be ready. Told me she called my husbands name I reminded her the script was for me not him. Looked at me dumb.

This is my everyday chemist. Everyone knows me here. Service is great.

Tried to return a product which has failed in under 12 months. It has 3 years warranty. Got told we need to contact the Australian Importer ourselves. Great service, you won't even handle warranty, why bother buying local

Didn't have what i wanted. Very busy. Too cramped.
