18/11/2023 4.15pm. Called in to buy expensive perfume for my daughters birthday. Female shop assistant on her way back from the cabinet dropped the perfume box and laughed to another shop assistant and then she quickly scanned for purchase. Before I paid for it I said is it damaged and she said no looks ok to me so I checked the box and it was damaged on one corner where it has been dropped so I asked to change it for another one. She rolled her eyes at me and went and changed it. I explained it was a birthday present for my daughter but she just stared at me like I was being awkward. No apology at all and made me feel not a valued customer. This is the second and last time I will go to this Chemist Warehouse as the first time I went I felt that the staff were bored and didn’t want to be there. There are other chemist warehouses in Mackay, I recommend people take their money there like I will!!!!

I accidentally left a box of nappies in the car park as I was preoccupied getting my son in the car. I phoned the store five minutes later when I realised that I’d forgotten them. The assistant couldn’t see the box outside and said she’d check security cameras. She then insisted I come back and collect a new box free of charge. Kind staff who were very much appreciated by me today!

Shops are organised and easy transactions, the staff are very  accommodating and friendly.

Very rude pharmacist tryi ng to get medication and come tuning over talking over me about my purchase and very short and rude do not recommend hard enough having to explain your issues and get medication with out someone being rude and dismissive to you. Very sad that I went here will be going to counselling session now after this encounter
