Staff need to lift their game. Whether it's because this store is under staffed not sure but it shows as the staff  never appear happy or helpful. The team to get with a program to support them in customer service.

Just went in there to buy a couple of things, had the whole store staff follow me around, then started accusing me of stealing, walked out with nothing. Check your cameras before accusing someone of stealing. Just because I'm wearing a hoodie doesn't mean I'm doing anything illegal. 18/06/2025

Service was pleasant. Shop is small and very stocked with products. Staff were helpful, however, not very knowledgeable in regard to products. Possibly junior weekend staff. Lots of new stock in boxes taking up a lot of floor space when trying to shop for perfume. Savings make it worth the visit.

I love this chemist , they manage my subscription and I can order via app and their prices are cheap.

Went there to try look for a gift for my mother-in-law and needed medication and the security person made me feel like a thief, was super uncomfortable.  So I left and went to another chemist where they were super friendly and helpful.  This chemist warehouse won't get my patronage ever again.
