Went here after smashing my face falling off a bike . I couldn't get any health care at all anywhere in Mackay on a Sunday morning which I find shocking. I found these ladies to be more than helpful and very friendly offering me the assistance and products I was after. I couldn't offer any higher praise to this place and its people, I'm so glad they were open on a Sunday afternoon.

There was a big hassle on regards to getting a specific script I needed filled. The pharmacy, specifically Kate, went above and beyond for me to ensure I got my prescription filled. From phone calls to Specialists, the Hospital and organising delivery for me all within a space of a few hours. Thank you so much!

I need people to know what an unprofessional, judgemental and discriminatory business this can be depending how you look. As a volunteer carer for people with cancer, disabilities and  disorders I sometimes go to the chemist for them to help out. I was judged before I got to the counter and the fact that the script was for a terminal cancer patient did not mater. I was told that they could not do the script as it was filled out wrong but they were unable to tell me how. It was obvious what they were doing, with no eye contact, stuttering sentences and laughable excuses. Sham on you for denying a man who has weeks to live some comfort. I did get the script filled later that day but being a Sunday there are few choices.

Lovely, friendly and well trained staff at Pharmacy /Chemist in West Mackay 'Four Ways'- corner of Nebo Rd. And Bridge Rd. Beautiful displays of medications, perfume, and all the stuff that could help to improve your health & wellbeing, or to make your friend happy... , cos you bought for them a good quality pressie from Chemist hey!. You can also purchase there all  peronal aids, homypad shoes, thongs, etc. And other lovely stuff to please you and to beautify your household. No complaints in here. Not much waiting time for your scripts as well. You also can get a 20% discount on those  items if you're a Member. And the huge and open area that not many chemist shops in Mackay have! Thumbs up! from the  'vintage'Mackay Lady

I want to say a huge thank you to the  friendly pharmacy staff. I dropped off a script for a medication I need they ordered it in and had it in  24hours  really great service

Bad customer service and no consideration for privacy. Will not be back to this pharmacy.

Thank you for the excellent service I received today from Felicity, you took all the stress out of what would have been a very time consuming task.

Just paid 25% more than Terry White Pharmacy for the same prescription drug and a can of Sustagen. As dear as poison.
