We are a local Pharmacy servicing the Mackay area for over 20 years.
At Dupuy's Pharmacy we offer a wide range of services including

Rang to see if I could book my partner and myself in for whooping cough injections, and the girl on the phone said to come in any day before 4pm before the pharmacist finishes, i asked if i needed to book in was told no need, turned up at 3.30pm and when i walked in asking about the injections i was given a "confused" look from all staff and a lady went and asked around about the pharmacist, only to be told the pharmacist "had been called out and wasn't sure when shed be back" and was quite rude about it. obviously she had gone home early and they were covering for her. not happy.

The staff made me feel that the product not being available was my fault... To the point that I called my doctor to ask what to do... Then the chemist didn't want to speak with the doctor because he didnt know her? Disgusting service, very unhelpful and uninviting chemist to go when your sick or probably even when heathly...

Very arrogant staff. Worst Experience.They sold me the medicines telling me that its of cheaper Brand which in turn was 4 times more the price at other local stores.When I inquired One of the staff members said that their Store manager has instructed them to do so and cannot give their store manager's number also. NEVER EVER going back again.

I would have to say a very toxic work environment as to how the staff treat you, everyone in there is uptight, arrogant & unhelpful. Will never return
