Really unhappy and disappointed today paid $69 it not different with $30 last time They just vaccum mat only I guess Dashboard still dirty and can see dust Back seats still dirty 13/05/2020. Thank for tried to make deal but you deal is only that week and I can’t make it. I didn’t expect or want you clean it for free. What I expect that day is my car is clean like what I paid. I waited you more than 3 hours. It my bad I didn’t tell you straight away my car still look dirty inside!! I can’t waste my time whole day keep check and tell you have to clean it again and again.. We have left it a few days before posting this review since using this service because we were so disgusted with the service. This was not our first visit and had a $20 voucher. We required the exterior cleaned and paid an extra amount to have the wheels detailed on suggestion of the young lady booking the car in. When we came back to collect the car the first thing we saw when opening the boot was to see the cover was pushed halfway back and out of its track on one side. When we asked why anyone had gone into the boot we were told all doors are opened to allow them to dry the door sills. There was no need for them to touch the cover Ours still had water on them. After arriving home we realised the bird dropping on the rear quarter light glass one of the main reasons for getting it cleaned was still partly there and very visble. As per the photo. The wheels definitely had not had any intense cleaning done. The dust and dirt was visably untouched. Will we be going back ? Never. There are plenty of other car washes.Service: Auto detailing

Booked the “Polish” internal and external clean. Came back and the back seats were still filthy. Raised my concerns and was told I should have paid for a shampoo, that the dust/dirt could not be vacuumed. 5 minutes with my home stick vac and the first was gone. Not impressed, have provided photos to the company and have video of the vacuuming as proof.

Took my car for a presale detail Full detail on a SUV $329and was conveniently able to book online same day. I received a 10% discount due to being on a week day. On collection there were a couple of marks which needed an extra bit of elbow-grease but the boys were happy to do this when pointed out. The interior job on the upholstery was fantastic- stains which we didn't think could be removed were gone and it looks as-new. We have sold the car today and I reckon the $300 we paid for this service has made us an extra $2k. I can't compare this company to any other as I've never had a car detailed before, but I would definitely go back .Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Star carwash done a full interior clean and steam clean of all seats and door panel upholstery. They gave me a predicted time for completion and when I got back the job was completed to a very high standard. I had just purchased the car and it was absolutely disgusting but they had managed to get it spotless clean and sparkling. So grateful for the job they done and would recommend them to anyone

Went to take my car in to be washed and vacuumed. I told staff member that I wanted the $75 wash. staff member told me that she recommended the $100 wash. I insisted I just wanted the $75 for now. I was then told my car was too dirty and because I didn’t want to pay for the $100 wash they were not willing to wash my car?!. I told her I’ve never been turned down for having a dirty car?! And if you saw my car you’d be questioning this too. I’ve been and had my car washed a few times prior and was never treated this way. I was told their policies have recently changed. Not happy. So very disappointing.

What has happened to Star express North Lakes? I was going there regularly no problems, the last 2 visit s were disappointing, I had to ask where my belongings were in the boot…..no one knew, I found them behind a wall… todays visit, when I pointed out the dog drool is still on the window, I got some long winded excuse it wouldn’t come out. Well it did, at home with window cleaner and a paper towel. Are kids running the place? Looking for a new car wash now.Service: Auto detailing

Thought I'd use this company yesterday 1.10.22 for once while grocery shopping so I didn't have to wash my car after one less thing off my to do list being a working full time single mum. I had to ask them to clean the back seat properly as there was still marks and sand, they picked it up with a cloth didnt get it all. still marks on the door near door handles, dust on dash, rims weren't even washed properly still dirt/brake dust. I went home and re washed my whole car again. No wonder the star rating won't be back again ever.

Had organised the car wash online, however their website crashed and confirmed appointment at Chermside. We went to North Lakes, hoping they’d assist given we had selected this location and we were told it’s our issue and to call Chermside to cancel phone number disconnected… then told to drive there because our appointment wasn’t at North Lakes so it’s not their issue. We finally cancelled the appointment and repaid for one at North Lakes. When we went to give them the keys, we waited for 5 mins for any of their team to acknowledge we were there… then told that we need to move the car over by 1 bay because that’s not their job. After we had dropped the car off, I had a call from their team telling me the wash was cancelled, once I told them I had just given them the keys and given our appointment it should be halfway through the wash. Lastly, when we collected the car it did get washed/cleaned, they had used greasy clothes and smeared the inside of the glass and steel display. We had also paid for our wheels to be cleaned and only half of each wheel has actually been completed. Overall, one of the worst customer service experience I’ve had and I 100% wouldn’t use them again to clean the car.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
