Ever since the original operator left,this car wash has employed young workers who have no pride in their work they used to snow Canon the wheels and tyres and spray the windscreen. Pay top dollar you should get top service, not at all happy with these operators. Might try the one in rothwell, see if its any better .
27/10 I went to this car wash, As I ussaly do regularly. I noticed the car wash attendant seemed down or moody. Bumped my car twice with the brush and was very short with me. When I got home I notice the tire shine was so poorly applied, couple spray marks scatterd. I don’t want to go back unless I can be assured the employee raises his standards or moves on. Purchased the $20 Ultra, which I have done in the past and been very happy. However, on this occasion when I got home was disappointed to find that none of my wheels had been touched and were still dirty.
Get rear ended in car wash, car wash doesn’t get finished. Then no full refund. Way to go, great customer service. Didn’t even offer to help get all the chemicals off the car when finally get the car out.
Took my car here and have done many times always been happy the other day went there paid $22 itwas the worst experience I have ever had there didn’t clean my wheels and also didn’t wash the car so hence need people who are going to do they job probably never going there again
I had been using this car wash for years without any issues and always great Service, new owners now apparently. Not aloud Ute's in car wash without tray cover?? Very rude service, do not bother
Went to use the carwash this afternoon and had 2 staff members in site. We sat and waited for nearly 10mins with no acknowledgement from either of them. I understand staff need to be trained but it really doesnt take much to either close the business for training or explain to customers why they are waiting so long instead of just ignoring them. Took my business elsewhere!
The customer service is lacking ... there is none. The deal i use to always come for included a vacuum token, even tho its advertised with it... you have to argue every time to get it. The vacuum is weaker than a child with a straw anyway. The actual car was is exceptional ... the rating would be a 1 star without that. By all means get your car washed but vacuum at home
New staff are uninterested and turned me away with some random excuse no cover on my tray which I’ve never heard before from a car wash, seems like they don’t want the business… I’ve been going there since it opened but now will never go back since the new ownership has taken over. Quality of washes have dropped when I was actually allowed service and rude staff compared to the old ownership.
I asked the guy that served me what Ultra HD is and he said he doesn't know. The vacuums never work properly and the car wash keeps breaking down. I had to back out over the bumps and he hosed the car down and sent me away. My car was a bit cleaner but I noticed a foul smell.
