Used Zoom Alderley for the first time.  The whole car needed a good wash polish and interior clean.  The end results were amazing - the car looks almost like new again.  The interior leather and plastics are soft and supple  while the exterior is shiny and scratch/grime free - fabulous!  Staff were great and the waiting room spacious.  The only downside was the time it took to complete no appointments- about a half hour longer than  the two hours promised.  Will be back!Services:&nbsp;Polishing

What they did to a Maserati. No apology, just attitude.  As per my response on facebook to yours:  Zoom Carwash totally incorrect “recollection” of events.  When your female staff member told me the car was ready, I asked if the piece was put back on, she said no its on your back seat. To which I responded, so youre not putting it back on? She then rudely started her “read the sign” spiel.  I asked her if this is the sort of attitude she wants to give we’ll take our business elsewhere, to which she said she’ll get the manager, which she did. She then sat in the boot of a customers car with another one of your staff pointing and laughing to which i said in a raised voice “are you mouthing off?”  The part is fixed onto the car, not a loose item. Theres also a dent above where it came off on closer inspection.  Your staff never offered to “clip it back on” I asked if it was done.  Yes I did ask for a refund, but it was from the “manager” not the female staff member & it wasnt refused, I was told to email you, which I did.  If youre going to post a rebuttal, get your facts right.  Your attitude aswell as your female staff member is below par. You dont have to tell me not to bring cars as I already told your staff I wouldnt be.

My tyres have not only not been shined, they are now dirtier than when I went through. Waited 45 minutes. Requested a wax, and was then told after going through that the wax would be an additional 2 hour wait. If they are busy they should tell people up front, rather than entering and being stuck in a line...because they specifically state no bookings, it is quick.

This admittedly my first experience which zoom but as they say “first impressions”… I turned up at 9 am and it was extremely busy . I needed a wash and detail with particular attention to some Tar spots on the exterior and a leather clean. I was told they were unable to look after details like tar spots on weekends due to the peak time. Makes sense but disappointing. I was told that the wait time would be 2-3 hours if I wanted detailing. Once again disappointing but they were very busy with minimal staff. I opted to get the exterior only done in the tunnel they have with a wheel clean at the end. Upon inspection at the end I felt the auto wash tunnel had done a reasonable job of cleaning the car but no auto wash is going to do a thorough job and the wheel clean was pretty basic. The staff were amiable and maybe on a quiet day with the chance to see the results of a full detail I would be more impressed but as it stands I can’t review a detail and I don’t know whether I’d spend that money at zoom if the exterior wash was only reasonable. This place isn’t a business where they hand wash your car and pay specific detail to every little thing while you sit in a spacious cafe. So if you have had that experience in the past you will be disappointed by Zoom. That being said if you need a quick rudimentary wash that’s a little better than the servo auto wash I can recommend this place.

Best car wash service available in Brisbane! I’ve subscribed to the monthly service, that has clearly the best value. Good and quick service, new machinery and friendly staff earned my five stars!

The membership option is great. You can wash your car in the drive through every week. To get best value ensure you go every week, even if it's raining. Recommended.

Really handy underbody wash for my 4WD. They also accept vehicles with mud and sand on them unlike others that turn you away with general road dirt on a fender. Yet to try out the serviced wash, but by the amount of cars there and the calibre of cars there, I'd say they are pretty on point.

Hi guys, I visited your facility on Saturday and used the vacuum and car wash and those charges came out correctly, however, I was very confused  and could not see the sign up high about under body wash and unsuccessfully used this side of the machines to try and pay to wash my car. The sun was on the screen and I couldn’t see what it was saying twice before realising I had paid twice for something I didn’t want. I feel the signage was hard to understand and I would like a refund of two x $20.30 charges that have come out of my account to Woodrow Properties  I assume this is you?which I didn’t want or need and couldn’t stop when it was already on. I looked for help but no one was around that I could tell. Tried calling today when I saw the charges but left a voicemail as after your hours. Thank you Lisa
