That'll teach me to not look up the reviews before I drove in.... I know these guys have a tough job.. But some people just aren't up to the job. This premises seems to have deliberately sought out all the Muppets in the industry and put them in one spot. Certainly don't come here unless you want a sub par job done at a snail's pace.  I won't be back and advise you to look elsewhere for a Car Wash. Thirty five minutes and they still haven’t started washing my car, MUPPET CENTRAL

Have been coming here for approximately 7 months with all my cars and have been very happy with level of service and quality of finish of vehicle. Have been to other car wash centres before and this one by far meets and exceeds expectations. Friendly staff polite and accomodating. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely terrible 
I paid for a superior wash which included wax and polish and got anything but what i was expecting 
After 2 hours of waiting (I watched as the car sat for over and hour) the car was disgusting to look at and when i asked when will they be doing the wax and polish they said they already had done it. (They dis not)
They told me the car was ready, as i was already out of time i could not stay and argue.
As I got into the car i noticed the floor matts were missing
After another 10mins of waiting for the matts I left some 2 hours later and they just threw the matts in the boot i will never go back
I would have thought a franchise with a reputation would moniter their franchisees a lot closer .

I am not happy with the overall service here. Paid for $49 for my hatch which is according to the signboard is for SUV/Sedan. I allowed it since I thought my car is a bit grubby than usual and it’s the holiday. After I got my car there are still a few of the dirt that wasn’t properly cleaned. Also I left about $20 worth of coins in the side of the driver’s seat and counted it once I got my car back and to my dismay some coins are missing. I don’t care about it really but I would just like it to be known to the public that even the littlest amount can still be of interest  to those people who cleaned my car and I usually come to this car wash to have my car washed and it’s disappointing.  I can’t let this go.

Quick as easy wash... wash was okay but not like doing it yourself as when I got home I had to fix many things.
