One of the best automatic car wash machines I've used, the complimentary vacuum at the end is great too. The only issue is that the washing brushes aren't strong enough to scrub away some dried on bird droppings. That was the main reason i wanted to try this as my car is often parked under trees, a minor complaint given the rest of the car came up tops

My friend and I just have our car washed after reading all the good reviews on google, we also work closeby and thinking it will be good if we can be a regular. However, VERY DISAPPOINTED! The staff was not friendly at all and look annoyed when we approached. We both paid for the ultimate $25 service and expected to have a better wash with all the extras. However, when my car is in the tunnel I realised a few of the machine weren't pumping anything and looks like the car wash machine is in need of a service. When we parked our car on the free vacuuming area, we notice some areas of our cars are still dry and dusty and the bird dropping seems untouched. The vacuums are weak and we struggled to do a proper cleaning inside the car. It was such a waste of money and time. $25 later and drive away with both cars that are still not cleaned. Will never come back and WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!! A week later, the owner, Rick, organise to meet up with us to redo another car clean for both cars. This time the results for both cars are much better, my tyres were clean and he even gave us free microfiber cloth each to dry our cars and explained what we should expect for every wash. This time all the machine are working properly and the result is obviously different from our previous experience. The free vacuum also has a much better suction than last time. It is great to see a business owner that care about the customer service experience as much as Rick. We will definitely coming back and be one of the regulars.

I decided to give them another chance and they must have turned the pressure down on the brushes and I took my (new) car through with excellent results. This is also great value with really nice attendants. The only negative (and I am being really fussy) is that the vacuums could use a little extra "oomph". Nevertheless I have awarded 5 stars.
