I have been visiting this car wash shop for 10 years and it is getting very embarrassing and disgusting to find out the timers are counting less and less. I believed the current owner changed the machines' timers to try to shorten the timing and have people to put more coins to have their car washed. And the soap is getting too light to clean the car. And the owner set up the machine not to accept card any more, i believe the owner is loving cash business to avoid paying tax. Anyway this shop is getting much worse, I stopped coming back.

The tunnel was the least efficient and most expebmnsive automatic car wash I have ever used. I paid $18 and received nothing. The car needs a whole new wash. Wheels are as dirty as they were prior to wash and the machine doesn't have a dryer.  The only thing this machine would do efficiently is charging your credit card.

I paid $18 for Full Superior Wash, and got absolutely nothing. No water, no wash, nothing. I rang their number, to get a phone number announcement. I left a msg , several times, again, no response. No staff  in attendance. Very disappointing!!  Zero stars for this business!!

Place is neat - but brushes are rough enough leading you to scratch your car unknowingly and they’re quietly ripping you off. All self serve car washes in the area/universe give you 3 min exactly for $2. This one gives you 2min 46 secs. Might not sound like a lot but considering it seems to take a few more seconds to even have the liquids come through the pipes (one down on Burwood road is instantaneous and uses exact same system) it makes an impact if you’re regular. Reduced time for also putting in $1.

As per several other reviews, I paid the $17 for the "Full Superior Wash".  I thought that would include cleaning the wheel trims. Sadly I was mistaken.  Came home and cleaned them myself and the bottom of the car was still dirty after the wash. Not what you expect from the "full superior wash."  Then I tried to contact the company and it was not possible, hence my review on the website.  I will be another not returning.
