So far I've been to Grand Auto twice - the first time (my first car wash experience as the driver) I was still on my L plates in an old manual so I was a little bit nervous at first, but the staff there were super friendly & reassuring; they gave me clear instructions & put me at ease. 
I got the premium wash & was delighted with the result, I reckon it's pretty decent value for what you get too :) 

On the second occasion I was accompanying my sister for her first auto car wash, she was a little daunted but again the staff were great & we had heaps of fun, in & out quickly, too easy!

I've already recommended them to the rest of my family,
always happy to support a local business that takes that much pride in their profession & values their customers.

Fantastic car wash experience. Came here after seeing great reviews, we were passing through Melbourne on our road trip that started in Cairns and hadn't had a wash since (oops). We went everywhere with the car and one wash through the process got all the hard to reach places and dried without any streaks. The vacuum area with no time limits was great as it really needed a lot of attention. Would recommend to anyone as really great value for money!

The best car wash in Melbourne. Friendly owner who will answer any questions. Scratch free wash, state of Art facilities, often seen luxury Euro cars coming in for wash. Quality assured. No one in Melbourne can beat there Free Vacuum, no time limit

So I just had my first car wash experience (cue laughing). The Team were so great and extra helpful as I had no idea how to drive in. Thanks for not making too much fun of me guys! Car looks perfect, see you again soon

It'll scratch your car.  I didn't realise this wasn't a touchless car wash until I already paid and was being moved through the washing chamber.  The brushes left over 30 fine scratches that went down to the primer, some about 25cm long.  The wash wasn't great either, the brushes didn't even clean the watermarks or bird poop specks properly (though this is really secondary now).  BIG mistake coming here.
