I called and asked if I could make a booking to get my car washed during the week. They said I didn't need to book Monday to Thursday as they are never busy and it would take 2 hours... So I didn't book in. When I arrived on Tuesday morning the man told me they were too busy and that he could start my car now and I could collect it the next day. I explained that I did not want to leave my car there over night. After much back and forth he said he could have it ready by 5pm (6.5 hours later).

On top of this when I arrived home my husband noticed that my car mats were missing and we had a spare 5L bottle of engine oil in the boot (with 3L of oil remaining) that is no longer there!

I am never going back there and I will be telling people who ask not to go there either!

As I first time customer I had my doughts going there and should have listen to my gut.

Asked for a inside/outside car wash $50 and the result was VERY poor. Stains still present and residue of bird droppings and other stains remaining. Inside was also poorly cleaned. Ended up cleaning bits of the car again myself.

Will never revisit.

Be warned and avoid, dissatisfied customer!

I'm sitting here right now enjoying a coffee, had a chat with the owner, he's super friendly and they have two guys attending our car constantly. Its a rental van we have driven but they treat it as all other cars, fast good service, vacumed and cleaned completely after we have been living in it for a month for 60/dollars while we sit and drink hot beverages, damn fine if you ask me. 30
