Disappointing Experience at Water Tunnel Car WashnnI recently visited Water Tunnel Car Wash and asked for advice on the best option to clean the inside of my car and ensure shiny rims. The staff recommended the $65 package, which sounded promising. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. When I got my car back, the rims were still dirty. I complained, and while they did attempt to clean them again, the job was poorly done. To make matters worse, the inside of the car was barely touched. The seats and door covers weren’t cleaned at all, and they only did a basic vacuum. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. I don’t recommend this place and will never go back again.
For $99 I was expecting to receive my car in tip top condition, however that was not the case. Windscreen was blurry, bull dust still on tailgate and 3rd row seating not vacuumed or wiped down. Very disappointing first and last time there.
Amazing. They really take care of you. The man who usually greets you when you get there who I think is the manager is really caring and won't take advantage of your money. He sometimes will even suggest other alternatives first to try and then come back so the car clean can be the most effective. He's not about just taking your money, and that's great. The 20-ish male who is also at the front desk outside is always really nice. 100% would recommend to everyone. They will take care of younnThey also have a cafe with nice food and alot of couches/seating area so you can relax whilst they wash your car. If you're cleaning your car's interior.
Simply the best cash wash tunnel in Melbourne. Drive up and experience first class service and a fast result. I cannot fault the attitude and first class service of this incredible business. Congratulations..
Avoid! My car came out with a deep stretch in the front bonnet. Windscreen also has lots of little scratches it didn't have before. It was my first time there and I'm really disappointed. I went back to tell them about the scratch and they blew me off.
