I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Hotel starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat and drink. Unfortunately, the standard at this cafe shop was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the cafe shop, we have placed and paid our food order we had to wait for 20 minutes to be served, when finally a lady staff waitress said something in a very unprofessional/unethical manner. Seeing my wife just preparing a sandwich for the kids and elder parents while waiting for the order was by far, not a big issue. We could have been informed in a proper manner but we were treated differently. She shouted words that were not so pleasing to our ears, as other customers have seen and heard her act of rudeness. As a customer we have all the right to be treated properly and with respect. Honestly, I never complained in a cafe shop and a restaurant because I used to work as a waiter myself, so I know what it's like sometimes but for god's sake, if you charge people of the product you are selling, quite a bit of money, you must give something back. I strongly suggest that you place a notice board at front and back of your dining place, and give people a better understanding of your policy when eating and talking and trying to enjoy a meal out. Also, they must train their staff with proper ethics in dealing with customers...!!! I will never go there again !!! It was terrible !!!Don't be fooled, It sucks....plain and simple!. Mcdonalds coffee would have been a better choice !

Best Cafe, Great taste of food. Macadamia Nuts are really great. Must visit and enjoy your hour in walking the farm and Lilly lake.

This is a great place to drop in for a bite to eat the husband and wife are great hosts also you can buy macadamia nuts and also some beauty products that are made from macadamia nuts and wild figs well worth a visit

What a lovely place to stop and have a coffee and something to eat. The menu was quite large for such a small cafe and sitting outside on the deck overlooking the macadamia trees and lake was ideal.
