Very friendly Lady’s this is my second time I loved the burger so much my partner wanted to have one. Highly recommend the cheese burger  also found out that they have curly fries omg!! Sooo happy

Had the best Gurnard in batter ever. The fish was super fresh and sweet to the taste. The light crispy batter had a delicate balance to the fish. Seasoned just well to bring out the flavours. Bea the operator is a friendly hostess who put in a lot of love into her food preparation. The premises is basic but really with fish and chips of this quality, who cares.

The fish and chips and the beef burger are amazing and with reasonable prices  ,also   the two ladies are lovely and so funny you will enjoy talking to them

Lovely owner super nice and friendly, fish was fresh and nice light batter and the steamed fish smelled amazing! Lemon pepper over the top and you’re good to go! Good little place if you’re around town or passing through

Not sure why someone put a 1 star this place is amazing everything is great and real!!! Best fish, burger and onion rings I've had in a very very long time, maybe the best overall.

Awesome fish and chips. Classic and old fashioned in the best possible way. Excellent homemade  potato cakes/fritters/scallops. Fish was definitely fresh and delicious and expertly cooked. Chips were great. Service was friendly and instilled confidence as to what we could expect from our order.

Four of us turned up on our motorcycles and were hungry and turned up at this fish and chip shop. It made our day the lady I think who was the owner made us so welcome and made us laugh, great humor. We all had fun. To top it all it was the best fish and chips we have for a very long time, also the burgers was amazing paid up to $14.00 dollars for burgers in Auckland and not even 50 percent as good, this one with beef was $6.90 We also tried the mussels and scollops fried with light batter like the fish and were delicious. Happy to go back anytime, prices reasonable and very generous portions. Whether you are local on Motorbikes or Cars and want a great fish and chip shop, make sure you call in. Will be back can’t wait
