Was sceptic about purchasing online because of few reviews on wait time. But it arrived quickly and delivered on the day we booked slot for delivery.nnWe didn’t receive a set of screws to assemble and reached out to customer care. They sent new set of screws within a week, so kudos for the customer service.nnReally like the quality of bed frame and it's aesthetically pleasing. Not giving 5 stars just because of few paint patches to cover up some marks/ dents. Also wood slats not up to the mark.nnHighly recommend!

I wish I could rate Luxo Living with zero stars, as my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Three months ago, I placed an order for the Adeline Makeup Dresser, eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, when the package finally reached me last week, it was a complete disaster.nnUpon opening the box, I was greeted with broken pieces and several missing items crucial for assembly. It was clear that the product had been mishandled or poorly packaged during transit. Naturally, this made it impossible for me to assemble the dresser as intended.nnHoping for a resolution, I promptly logged a support ticket, expecting a swift and helpful response. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. Luxo Living's response was nothing more than a vague promise of missing spares to be shipped sometime between June and July 2024! This is absolutely unacceptable, considering the amount of time and money I have already invested in this purchase.nnTo add insult to injury, it seems that Luxo Living has outsourced their customer service to the Philippines. While I have nothing against outsourcing in principle, it was disheartening to find that even the representatives shared the same frustrations and inability to provide adequate solutions.nnOverall, my experience with Luxo Living has been incredibly disappointing. From the subpar product quality to the lackluster customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Luxo Living at all costs.

I bought a Portland outdoor sofa setting after going back and forth searching for months. It's always a gamble buying without trying. It was a fabulous buy , easy to make , really comfy to sit on , fabulous for outdoor dining and am very happy with purchase. Costomer service was also wonderful with prompt delivery. Great price for what you get!

Don’t EVER buy from Luxo Living. We have had the worst experience with them. We bought a TV cabinet on the first day of use it sustained scratches from the front door sliders obviously a manufacturing fault see photos. We approached Luxo Living about this fault and they refused to replace or give a full credit with a pick up of the item. Instead they offered us $80. My partner then wrote a review describing his poor experience. We then had a call from Luxo Living advising that if we removed the review we would get an additional $70! This is an extremely dodgy company and we are currently in talks with Fair Trading in relation to their approach. I don’t know how many others have been scammed with their promises of monetary reimbursement. Please be very careful.

The quality and service is what I would expect when ordering on WISH. Product arrived after 6 weeks, broken and the quality was shocking.  Their customer service is unprofessional with no accountability for their terrible quality. The makeup table I purchased is so cheaply made I cannot give it away for free. The price of this well below industry standards vanity table was $544.00.
