I have 2 shower screen measure and install by Betta recently. Their quality is BEST - nice shower screen/ good quality The reasons I rate for 2 stars are due to 1. Measuring process - if you plan to use Betta please spare 1-2 weeks in advance to get appointment for measuring and quote 2. Installation process - This is the REAL issue here - because the glass will take 10 business days before you can call Betta to schedule the installation. The installation is DAMN longer than that. From our experiences First screen shower took 4 weeks because they FORGET part (Forget the FRAME) when they come for the installation. So of course ... you will need to re-book again so they can come back. Second screen after a long waited time First schedule for installation get cancel!!!! -- Installer calling in SICK Second Schedule ... AGAIN this time they- FORGET part which is required for the shower screen .... this time forget "DOOR" so we have booked the installation schedule again..... Third appointment .... Yeah... Installer calling SICK again .... postpone.. The process can get better IF... they listen to customer ...even you call headquarter ... nothing will happen it is like BUSINESS as USUAL. (seem to always happen and we do not want to listen to your complaint type) Till now still second shower screen is not yet finish the installation.. ** We have wasted our annual leave just to come and wait for installer and you can see how many times... since the first one and now second one... If time is critical for you - I suggest not to use them ... but if you can wait 2 months for installation to be completed. They are really good quality but forget about service. Shower screen takes longer time to complete than both of my bathroom renovation time combined together ....

Wish I had of listened to others reviews. 4 months on and I’m still chasing them to fix their mistakes. The quality of the wardrobes are fine but the service is probably one of the worst I have had to deal with especially if you need them to fix your issues that they did in the start.

The wardrobe storage space in our house is more than ample but the layout was basic and wasteful. Paul G from Betta Wardrobes came to measure and quote. He was friendly, listened to what we as a growing family needed, and advised on what would fit best, while not telling us what we should do. He ran through the options and within 24 hours we had a quote and sketches of the planned wardrobe inserts. He could not have been more helpful, even recommending a good butcher in the area, as we had just moved in. As we wanted to know exactly what type of product we would be purchasing we paid a visit to the showroom in Baulkham Hills. Although small they had examples of all options ready made to view. The lady in the office showed us what we had been quoted on and helped us measure it out there to get an idea of what would fit where etc. This experience helped us finalise our decision and we paid our deposit. Within 2 weeks we had our inserts installed in our 3 bedrooms. Alan did the installation and was done within 3 and a half hours. He has a pure gentleman and very sociable. He laid down floor coverings so as not to track any dirt into the house and was very respectful of our home. He did an exceptional job with the installation and I cannot fault it. I have to admit I can be rather picky but I am very pleased with the finished product and am now enjoying an organised wardrobe system. The experience with Betta from start to finish has been brilliant and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Paul and Alan.
