Bunnings seven hills has awesome staff to support you in any types of needs and help.nnThe store is great having loads of items for home and trade use.nnI believe castle hill has a tad more stuff and support available in case of need.

This Bunnings store in Seven Hills is by far the worst I've ever seen. After several disappointing visits, I've decided I'll never return and will be heading to the Castle Hill store from now on.nnThe old lady at the tool shop is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She acts like she's doing time behind the counter, and her attitude toward customers is disgraceful. The way she speaks is as if we’re guilty of some crime just for needing help. Her harsh tone and sour expression make any interaction with her a painful experience.nnAnd don’t even get me started on the customer service desk. The woman there acts like she’s running security at a high-security airport, interrogating you with rude and offensive questions over the simplest returns or exchanges. I’ve watched her do this to other customers while waiting in line—it’s not just a bad day, it’s a regular occurrence!nnIf you're thinking of visiting the Seven Hills store, don’t bother. Head to Castle Hill instead and spare yourself the awful experience.

This is my local Bunnings. I always go to Seven Hills Bunnings for all my needs for work or around the house. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of parking undercover with lots of access to the store. I mostly look online to see if my item or product is available. It makes it so much easier when I get to the store.

236pm, not a single checkout open. It was unbelievable. The only thing open was the customer service desk who also had to process all the walk up returns etc .nI feel so sorry for the poor person who did have to serve. I am a very patient person and would never complain to the hard working customer service people. Management need to do better, and staff calling off or not showing up is not an excuse it is a symptom of bad management
