Story

Hi, I'm Nicole from Love Life Fitness @ Vic Pt. I specialize in fat loss, healthy lifestyles, pre/post natal training (& more) in a fun friendly ladies only environment.

My goal is to train women to help them feel empowered, strong, beautiful & happy in their own skin using a variety or training methods to keep it fun & interesting.

I believe having a healthy body reflects on all parts of your life, ultimately making you a much happier person and enabling you to get much more out of life and family.

I am passionate about fitness and helping others feel great about themselves and life. I am committed to helping clients not only lose weight and feel great by helping them make permanent lifestyle changes so that they can feel this great forever.

I have personally experienced the "fight of the flab", having lost approx 16 kg, and can relate to the difficulties that my clients face in making these lifestyle changes.

My goal is to help clients not just enjoy life, but to Love Life.

My services include:-

1 on 1 Personal Training $30 for 30 mins
2 on 1 Personal Traning $40 for 30 mins
Small Group Training from $15 per session
Stiletto Bootcamp less than $10 per 1 hr class
MummyFit Bootcamp $10 per 1 hr class

Personal Training is available in private studio and/or in the great outdoors.
