Have been attending classes and having the occasional remedial massage for over 2 years now. I highly recommend this studio. Amanda and her team do a great job with a variety of different yoga styles. The studio is heated by infra red ceiling panels which give a warm heat. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to beginners and the more experienced. Giv them a call and have a go at yoga. You won't regret it.

Excellent massage. Incredibly kind and attentive service by the owner who is very passionate about the work she does. Walked away feeling much better after getting regular migraines from tension in back shoulders and neck.

As a woman in my mid 50s enso yoga has been a blessing for my body. I was visiting the chiropractor weekly, sometimes twice weekly,  until I started at enso yoga. The infrared lamps used at enso yoga to warm the room are the same physiotherapists use to alleviate muscle stiffness, spasms & general soreness. I've walked into a class at enso yoga stiff from sleeping the wrong way and walked out feeling fabulous. Like I'm 20 again. 
Instructors: top notch. As a yoga beginner I was unsure about how I would go, but the instructors are great. They talk through each and every pose. There are modified variations to suit all levels. Even uncoordinated, wobbly folk such as myself, experience a great yoga session! 
Mental health: enso yoga is great for mental health. There is empirical evidence to show that quality yoga classes such as those found at enso yoga can create good mental health. For me, it's a case of my teenage children get to live another day! (Joke... not serious... don't call DOCS....)
Price: Great value. $25 introduction for a week. And great value packages thereafter. At the end of the day, our health is the most precious and important thing we have. My philosophy (having lost my health in the past ): put your health first and foremost. The rest follows.

I have intensified my yoga practice and learnt many aspects of yoga because of my attendance at Enso since opening.  There is so much to learn, to achieve or just to experience with yoga and Amanda is wonderful in her teaching and instruction. Enso offers the very best of instructors, I love every practice that are always different, challenging as much as you want it to be, feel great, relaxing as well as powerful!!  Love Enso!!

Just attended my first class at enso yoga, Victoria Point - a bright and early start for a Friday morning with our wonderful instructor Pam. I really enjoyed the experience, with the subtle heat helping us to get into those stretches... a great way to start the day. I would recommend enso to anyone!
