F45 Victoria Point has to be the most well-run, welcoming gyms in the Redlands. Stacey and the whole team are incredible! They are so friendly and so passionate about helping you achieve your goals or just cheer you on for showing up and having a crack. One of the best things about F45 VP is the wonderful community they have created. Not only staff but every member there is so nice and fun to be around. It’s easy to get up in the morning to workout when you feel like you’re doing it with new “gym friends.” Highly highly recommend

The most Amazing gym in the redlands. Has the best community and trainers and they go out of their way to welcome anyone and everyone and make them feel at home. They get to know you and what your goals are and know the right time to push you when needed. The workouts are not always easy but you always make it it through and feel the best afterwards. I now love to exercise.

F45VP is a home away from home with the most dedicated owner. Stacey leads by example and is always accommodating to my needs and the needs of my friends. Her team always provides me with specific advice tailored to my individual needs. The studio is in immaculate condition each and every day and the trainers are not just your run of the mill trainers, they are caring, supportive, very knowledgeable and push you to limits you would never think were possible. I really enjoy the small community they have created at F45VP, it is such an inclusive studio with people from all walks of life and no matter who you are, everyone says hello. Stacey and her team have established a family friendly environment that is not like any other place. I especially love the individualised encouragement during the sessions, the variety of workouts and the trainers really make the time to get to know you and to know your goals making it all more worthwhile. I have recommended this studio to my friends and I will continue to do so. Thanks for the great music too
