Cannot rate the experience at Louis Vuitton Queenstown more highly! My partner and I met Sheila outside the store and was immediately impressed with her level of customer service. Spent my entire savings there in the best way possible. 10/10 - will be returning next holiday.
my friend and I were visiting from up north and decided to pop in for a browse in our warmest winter clothes jackets and beanies. we were greeted coldly by the lady there and every move we made was closely watched and followed by her. it was an uncomfortable experience and extremely off putting for the both of us. would not recommend going in there unless you dress expensively.
Outstanding service from Junior Even though I can't get into a shop all communication has been great either email or phone. One suggestion is having NZ prices on goods as well as I use Queenstown LV store. Thanks Sandy bee
POCHETTE MÉTIS is my favourite bag, super popular and genuinely difficult to get unless you have put your name in the long long waiting lists. Yes, I did. I was waiting for many years and I have never heard of them. Moreover, I gave up a long time back I was there in QT City Centre, just to walk around the Lake and have seen this store. So I stepped in and see what news. Fortunately, I have an inquiry and found my dream bag here by accidentally. I was so emotional and overwhelmed that finally I have an opportunity to own and take it home. 35 years from now, I will die in peace Thank you so much Mei for your greatest service with understand and kindness.
We had an amazing experience with Sheila and Melanie over the last couple of days. We are never easy to deal with and have high expectations but they surpassed everything. They took their time, they understood our needs and provided outstanding service. We emailed with some changes and replies were prompt and amazing. We visited this store for a purchase for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday and we were assisted by Lucy. Lucy is a superstar, she was really helpful and had the perfect balance of giving us space to consider the gift whilst assisting where we had questions. She even brought out some champagne to celebrate the special occasion. Thanks Lucy for helping make a special 30th birthday!
One of the staff stopped us outside the shop he was out there talking to a guy vaping on a bmx bike , weird look for LV and he told me they were closing 1.5 hours early due to staff shortages even though they were fully staffed , he said come back tomorrow 10am , so we came back and found they were closed , I called the hopeless call centre who said they’d call me back in 10 minutes, they didn’t call back, so I called them again and they said the store was shut for a refurbishment for 2 days , what a bunch of amateurs , id expect better from a luxury brand , useless
Was very bad shopping experience. I was looking at products from outside, the staff just closed the window-blinds front of me straight way,it was so rude. Not luxury service
Good service - I had 2 folks helping me. Small store. Not many crowds. Note to Americans - there is duty free pricing about 10% off but u pickup at your last NZ airport like Auckland. They will have the good there for pickup. 2 important notes - no watches or footwear r sold here. That’s in the Auckland branch. Set your expectations accordingly.
Walked in actually with the intention to buy a scarf... waited. No one served me, despite 3x staff being on duty, one was on their phone. I even gave her eye contact twice and she looked the other way. I had the money, but obviously didn't look wealthy enough to be served, so left. Service is part of the deal for me and here I got none, so goodbye. Will buy something NZ made from a friendly local instead.
