Not warm or welcoming at all! Too busy smirking at each other behind the counter- won’t be buying any more products from the Adelaide Rundle Mall store again.
The staff here are always so genuine and kind. They spent ages helping me and my mum today. Best customer service and genuinely just really lovely women. Definitely the place to go for activewear. Thanks so much ladies!
Been wearing Lorna Jane for nearly 3 years now and I LOVE them. The girls here are always so nice and helpful
Unfortunately my pair of LJ flash pants had a rip in them and I did not keep the receipt! I went into LJ Rundle Mall to see if there was anything I could do and the staff were beyond helpful! They were happy to exchange my pants for a new pair and when they didn't have the colour I needed, they arranged to pick the pair I needed up from another store while I continued to run some errands. When I came back the pants were all ready to go with a complimentary bottle of water! Exceptional customer service and incredibly friendly staff.
First Shopping with Lorna Jane. Nice range of sporty cloth at store with reasonable price, may be bit pricy than other brands, but the pretty design, details and the quality are worth this price for sure. Cannot stop trying the cloth with my friend coz they all look special...Very delighted with the custom service, nice staff, very patient and helpful, feel welcomed. Would definitely come back again.
Great service and the girls are super lovely. The manager was attentive and made it her mission to welcome every customer. The team were very helpful and positive.
Great store. Great ladies to help me out. Always offering active concierge if they don’t have stock as well. Couldn’t fault them!
Always be my favorite sports out fit, expensive but worth it. I have quite a lots I had them for almost 4years and they're still in good condition.
