I had such a wonderful experience at this store! I was a bit nervous going in because honestly, I have never known my bra size and wasn’t sure how to figure it out. I asked for some help and Dominque was extremely incredible! She took my measurements first asking for consent and explaining the process, asking if I had any sensitive areas etc. She brought me in a few to try on and checked how they fit, and continued to do so until she found the perfect size. I felt extremely comfortable and well looked after even though the store was as very busy! Thanks so much!

Rang to find a product, they said didn't have it. Didn't even bother looking. Went in store and found it myself, lucky last one in sa or wouldn't have gone, won't again.

I was looked after very well by a lady named Faye. She was very attentive with different sizes and stylings. She gave me great advice and the confidence I needed when purchasing my next bra. Thank you so much for your service Faye.

Had amazing service from a young lady I wish I knew her name- she deserves a pay rise!!! She was very helpful and got me fitted perfectly for what I needed and gave me plenty of options!

I had the most amazing experience here. I'm from out of town and was looking for a cute cheeky set, and one of the girls long sandy blonde hair and slim, forgot to ask her name was working on the 19th November around midday was so helpful ! She made me feel comfortable and confident in everything I tried. She went and got really cute sets that partnered well with the sets I had already picked. She also sized my cup perfectly !! Such a good experience. The other girls were extremely polite aswell. Wish i could take them all back to sunny coast with me

BNT is the only go to place I go for bras. They properly measure you & correctly size you. So what if you pay a few dollars more,  ends up being cheaper  in the long run cos your bra will last.

A staff member I believe is named “Ash” was a complete atrocity of a human towards me as I am AMAB, they continued to misgender me, act derogatory and then loudly explain they didn’t want to serve a trans person again... then somehow fit in sone racism too. Disgusting

I went shopping over the weekend and was served by Olivia and Ashley their energy in store was 10/10 and they made me feel so comfortable and happy. Will be back
