I have seen a few negative reviews for this business. My experience over many, many years dealing with John and his team has been nothing but good. I have bought from them, had repairs done and received great advice. I suspect that at least some of the negative feedback does not give a complete and truthful account of their experiences. I have at times experienced delays with repairs done by this business, but generally it has been because John can't say no to trying to help his customers.
I had my son's Seiko watch clasp replaced quick friendly service on the spot and great price
Great repairers Fixed my tissot watch within no time. Feels like new and I certainly know they use genuine parts which is really astonish as everyone around doesn’t. Gem of a service. legends. Always be back here and thanks Caitlin for referring me here.

One of my worst experiences in Adelaide. The men who work there he didn’t listen to me when I was talking and looked at me very very bad , please if you have any other choices don’t go there , for Casio guaranty is better to send your watch directly to shriro otherwise this shop is not gonna help you. They are very very very rude I’m talking about the men with long white colour hair probably the rudest person that I’ve seen in Adelaide
Absolutely the best Watch repairer going. I had a Citizen Titanium satalite wave watch with a broken strap Citizen Quoted $1000 for a replacement. John manufactured the pieces needed and fixed the strap at a fraction of Citizen's Quote and you cannot tell that its been repaired Bloody Brilliant
Good customer service experience! The male staff is really nice and friendly.
Highly satisfied! I got an antique pocket watch serviced there. It took a while, although for someone collecting antique watches that's not a big deal. In the end it was well done, affordable and the team was both friendly and professional. I'll definitely go back there.
