Have been shopping from this store for years. Never had any trouble with the products I’ve brought. From toys to bondage to shoes. The staff have been friendly and helpful every time. If I need something, this is the first place I go.
Staff here were super friendly!! I went in there being quite shy and awkward but the lady took me through the things I was after and spent time opening things up and explaining how they work.. Not too sure if their prices are competitive because I didn't go anywhere else, but for the service alone, it was worth it!

Brought a pair of shoes broke with a hour went back for a refund and they refused had to buy a second pair as I started work in 15 mins and they broke again no refund!!!
