The first yoga studio I tried in Townsville and I love it. The teachers are attentive and ensure you get the most out of the class. There's a feeling of community within the studio and the other students are lovely.

I look forward to my weekly yoga class with Allison and always leave feeling renewed and like I can get through the week. She talks you through everything and makes you feel welcome no matter what level you're at. It's so good to have the techniques to take home. Love your work!

This studio is a wonderful place at which to learn and practice yoga. The instructors fully show and explain how to do each move, that makes the experience very comfortable for new people to the practice. Allison, Harry, Mel and Jenni always make you feel welcome, creating a warm comfortable environment for people to do their yoga. Thank you.

A calming and supportive studio space to practise yoga. I found the beginner's course the perfect introduction and I enjoy both the guided and Mysore style classes. Class schedules and passes are available online, so booking into classes is simple.
