I have been seeing Andy for one on one yoga for 3 years and have always enjoyed our sessions and got a lot out of them both physically and mentally. I do a lot of work in the gym with weights and was primarily looking to increase my flexibility. Within the first session, Andy not only understood my needs but also understood the best teaching method for me- he is a very perceptive and has a high degree of empathy. Over the years he has also widened my horizons to well being and mindfullness more generally and now our sessions are as much about the mind as the body. If you had asked me 3 years ago what my interest in yoga was it was purely the physical side to yoga. I have been suprised and delighted by the other benefits that my time with Andy has delivered in terms of mental well being.

I took yoga classes with Andy at Breathe London for over a year, and loved every minute of every class! His patience, positive attitude and sense of humour made each session rewarding and fun. Wish I lived in Australia so we could keep the practice going...

I was a complete novice to Yoga, until I joined Breathe London. Andy’s approach is very friendly and patient, especially for a beginner like me. I’ve been practicing Yoga ever since, he’s got me hooked! Andy is able to pitch his teaching at exactly the right level, whilst still pushing me to try new things. Every session is different and focuses on the various elements of Yoga, which keeps me coming back for more!
