Easily the best thing I've ever done joining Strand Crossfit, from my first day of On Ramp everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. Working out with a beach view is a bonus as well.

Top coaches and unreal views. What other Crossfit gym has proper running paths, a pool, a beach and an awesome community? I’d choose this over training in a shed any day.

I have been a member and coach at Strand CrossFit since early 2011 when the facility was first built. You cannot top this location. It is co-located with the Tobruk Memorial Baths and has amazing views out towards the strand! The only thing to top the views is the great community that we have!

Did two drop in sessions here, both tough session. Location was great. There is space next to the pool which is in the shade to do barbell work. I payed $20 each time for the drop in session. Really enjoyed it here, will head back here soon no doubt :)

Great place for a workout! Coaches are friendly and everyone there are super fun to workout with!
