Established in a historic building in town earlier this year and is huge but not crowded.  Good classes, beautiful pool, sauna and steam rooms, cafe, all the latest Life Fitness machines.  Great ambience and open 24 hrs.

Awesome gym, got more than everything you need. A little bit expansive at $22 for a casual as a passer by but still the best gym in Townsville

After 2 years in this gym, it is an all in 1 gym, great staff, great range of equipment, great aptmosphere, everything is there to keep fit and in shape, strand fitness is clean and very hygienic.
