Strand Fitness CBD is hands down the best gym in Townsville! The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-equipped for all fitness levels. Highly recommend!
The gym itself is good during off peak times, it can get a bit crowded otherwise. The VIP membership gives you access to recovery which is nice. However, the front desk staff aren’t the welcoming face of the gym, never look up and say hi or smile. Such a shame that is the representation of the place. Trainers have been pleasant to interact with though!
This place ticked all my boxes. Amazing set up for all my gym needs.nBut the icing was definitely the Fire & Ice recovery room.nEndless variety of sauna, spa & swim options .nMy favourite was the steam room & magnesium pool!nI would move to Townsville to have access to a gym like this!
Amazing facilities! Love the classes, would highly recommend coming to check this place out!
