Had an absolutely amazing time celebrating my 7 year olds birthday at little monkeys today! All the kids had a blast, so much food to accommodate the extra kids we had come last minute. Everyone was nice and friendly. Would definitely be having a party there again.nnOn a side note we go regularly for normal play, and they are always welcoming and nice everytime , the food is always amazing as well.nnThank you
Summary: Good enough with plenty of room for improvement.nnThe play area is inside the service station. There is the main playground and a bouncy castle.nThe space is good for children up to 9 years old. Not particularly clean given the state of my daughter’s white socks came back brown after 30 mins of play.nnThere is a separate baby/toddler area as well includes a ball pit. I paid $7 for under 5’s and $13 for older. The prices are not displayed and I heard other families being charged different prices.nnChildren must wear socks or no play.nnThere is plenty of junk food found in any petrol station to choose from.nnTwo staff were here but not particularly interested in their jobs or adding value to the business.
A great place for kids to play but there's a bench seat next to the gate that allows the kids to climb up and open the gate to come and go as they please and let other kids come and go too. Not a real safe play area for smaller kids.nWe were there for 2 hours and in that time we ordered coffee and waited about 20mins for it to be brought over. In that time, a staff member came over and took our number off the table and we said our coffees hadn't arrived yet! There was one other family here at the time, so not very busy.nThe milkman came and delivered crates of milk and left in front of the fridges and staff stood around talking for half an hour before one of them came around the counter and put them in the fridge.nAll 5 staff members were young, high school aged, standing around just talking, leaning on the counter or sitting at one of the empty tables.
Certainly an odd experience. The play centre itself was AMAZING! We had so much fun and both play areas were super friendly to our 22 month old. The centre itself wasn’t very clean. Every table had coffee cups left there, old poppas, food and flies. The young girls didn’t touch anything for the hour we were there and there was only us and one elderly couple at the time. We tried to order food t 1pm to be told they don’t cook at that time and were cleaning the fryer, when asked what time the fryer would be back on we were advised very rudely “tomorrow”. So play area was fabulous, everything else below average.
Thank you for holding Hudsons birthday on such short notice. Our little 1 year old had the best time, even though he got overstimulated at times normal, i want to thank the staff for their generosity, helping with balloons and not charging for them, and the hospitality was out of this planet. Oh and also, they are super nice to young ones and their parents. Hard to come by these days! Thank you 10/10
