Made an online order and picked up in the drive thru. Made way to payment window asked to pay for car behind me and was told that management put a stop to that and it is no longer allowed. Then proceed to pick up window once cars Infront had moved on only to receive a very rude response to my questions about my order. And the fries were definitely not freash and was missing one fries from the order. Disappointed...
The manager on duty at night time is rude and arrogant. When you place your order through the drive through around mignight shifts. Will do a loud sigh and answer very rude on the speaker. Or completely ignore cars in the driveway waiting for service. If you don't like night shifts don't work. As your customers are night shift workers also and can speak with politeness and manners. Happening quiet often to a lot of customers late night orders.
The food and service is standard Maccas, but they have a cleaner in store and she is amazing. Virtually as soon as someone left a table she was there wiping it down and sweeping around table. This woman did not stop while we were there. She impressed me so much I actually told what a great job she was doing. To management ..... I don't know her name, but she was of asian appearance and middle aged, I hope you appreciate her as much as I. Because of her your restaurant is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in. Nice job.
