This McDonald’s was honestly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. First off, I waited in the drive-thru for almost 25 minutes just to get cold fries and a burger that looked like it had been sat on. The staff were completely unbothered — one girl literally rolled her eyes when I asked for ketchup, and another just shrugged when I told her my drink was missing. The restaurant itself was filthy — sticky floors, overflowing bins, and tables covered in half-eaten nuggets. The ice cream machine shocker was “broken” again, and the bathrooms looked like a crime scene.nnWhen I finally got my food, the nuggets were soggy, the fries tasted like cardboard, and my Coke was mostly just melted ice. I honestly don’t know how you can mess up fries and nuggets this bad. The whole place felt chaotic, no one smiled, and it didn’t seem like anyone actually cared about doing their job. I left feeling more angry than full.nnSave yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else — even gas station food would be better than this disaster of a McDonald’s.
The manager was very rude but there was a lady who was lovely and gave me what I needed when my order was not complete. Thankyou lady for running out for me you are a legend :
Cleanest McDonald's we've been to in a very long time. Service was pleasant. Food was okay. Coffee was very ordinary though...should have gotten a soft drink.
The young girl at the counter really needs to find a new job. She's clearly not happy and it's reflective in her work! Be Happy and find your niche. Said with love
I went through the drive-thru at 5:15 am when it was low volume, only to be ignored at the speaker and have my order left incomplete. After waiting some time for the person on drive-thru to return, I tried to order again. They then “completed” my order, but when I drove ahead, I found out it was not actually completed. When I asked about the missing burger, I requested that they fix the mistake, but they couldn’t comprehend me paying for another burger at the window. I then left the pay window then went inside to get my other order.
