I Ordered food over the phone.. went down to pick up the order 20mins later, the order was not ready.. I had to wait in the parking area again for the meal! This is the second time within the last few weeks they didn’t have the phone order ready.. they also gave me the ice drinks straight away unfortunately they got too warm while waiting and melted .. after waiting I asked why the phone order wasn’t ready? and the girl replied they were busy.. really! .. hardly anyone there at 2.00pm.. and they’re busy!ngood money for poor service like before they don’t care!
Had the best meal and service I've had in a long time. Everything was so fresh and on point. Even hubby said he even enjoyed the chips and coke....Whoppers had perfect proportions of ingredients ts and fresh nuggets.nHungry Jacks Maryborough, well done.nImpressed to see how clean the store was and the young employees were straight on the floor keeping on top of cleaning, which is a credit to the positive encouraging management i could hear connecting with the employees and teaching through her role modelling. xxxnExcited to know I can again enjoy My home towns Hungry Jacks store, after a few dissapointing years.nnSaturday 18th Coctober 2025 2.15pm
On two occasions visiting this branch, the duty manager wasnt wearing head covering and served food. I dont think this is good hygiene, or safe health food practices. I went through the drive through and was asked to park up as they were waiting on chips, as I sat there until the next car came behind me I watched the fresh chips being loaded, but was asked to move around to the parking area. 24 minutes expired, by the time my burger got to me, it had a hot bum and was soggy, the chips were fresh though. I didnt thing it ever took a total of 21 minutes to get a burger and fries from a hungry jacks store with no one in the store or drive through before. Was very disappointed, dissatisfied and discusted by both food and service on this occasion.
Worst service ever. They kept us waiting for 20 mins for two ice coffees. Kept making other orders and they started making my order after around 15mins. The coffee cup was fully filled with ice to the top. When I asked about it they said that he can’t reduce the amount of ice. Me myself is a former employee of Hungry Jacks and I love it here. But this is one of the worst
So I was there at 4pm this afternoon. I witness the bully of a boss demean at least 3 of the staff there. Heard her whinging about giving people too many onion rings so now she only has 3 bags left.nShe was the boss. Probably cee u next Tuesday. Totally inappropriate young workers feeling her inappropriate wrath.nLook at yourself love.nBully.
