I get they are just kids working here, but the kid with a can of pepsi in hand needs to stop wasting everyone elses time in the kitchen and let them work. 25 minutes for a wrap and a hashbrown is a bit of a joke. There was only one other bloke waiting for his food, so its not like they are busy. There was also a cockroach in the dining area.
Ordered 2 large coke’s both hot, 2 more not much better. Great chips, burgers average. Every table dirty, most seats dirty toilets filthy, floors not cleaned. Very poor standard
Management of this hungry Jacks has to have a serious look at how to run business. Why have a drive through, if 9 times out of 10 you are made to park in the car park and wait for a minimum of 10 minutes. The staff are doing whatever they can, seriously under- staffed and poorly run
You will be waiting for a little bit, but they are busy so that's why. I've been there a bit and have seen people get angry on the waiting time. Burgers are abit sloppy probably because they have to rush to make it.
Management needs to re train staff ! My partner ordered a burger with NO onion due to being allergic to onions, and his diabetic and his drink was also made incorrectly! We had to wait over 20 minutes today for our meals. The store is filthy rubbish on dining room floors and tables were dirty. No staff to wipe tables. Need to hire more staff as this is absolutely ridiculous service today!
