A few months ago, I thought I would treat my wife to a meal here since she had been begging to have a break from cooking. BIG MISTAKE. she met a very tall individual of the african american descent who she found to be quite attractive. she began cheating on me with him and our marriage began to fall apart. She made the kids believe I was the one cheating, which I was but that is irrelevant. She left me for this man and we are now divorced. if the kids are reading this, I miss you I love you and I am truly sorry for your mother's foul behaviour, lots of love - Dadnnp.s food was fantastic but cannot return to the establishment due to it triggering my trauma :
Well Pretty poor effort when I asked for two large chips and I only get 2 boxes of Half full boxes and the chicken I got in the box was full of dog bones hardly any meat on them at all..come on kfc pull ya head on and look after ya customers..not happy……
Yet again, another night where they run out of food an hour early. You really should re-evaluate who orders stock or pulls out stock. Because you are doing a really, really crap job. You should prepare for this. Absolute joke to try to get food on fathers day to find out you are out of everything. Once again.
The front of house staff member had the rudest customer service skills I have ever seen. Did not smile, say thank you and threw the food across the counter.nThen when the manager was sent out. His attitude was just as rude and disgruntled. When it was pointed out to maybe not have an unhappy customer service member on the counter, he said this was her last week anyway.nAll over a drink ordered and not processed.nNo spoons for meals and 2 wet wipes for 4 adults.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would due to our family doing an online order n coming in to collect it, only to find the shop closed. If you are doing renovations then you should have closed temporarily on your website. You took $60 n now we had to call your Hervey bay store to email you to refund it. Too bad if that's all the money a family had. You should be ashamed of the way your business is run. Our family will not be ordering from you again. There were other people driving in so I gather tomorrow you'll have a lot of refunds to do.
