The service was excellent. They experienced an unexpected rush when we ordered and there was a wait on our order. The staff promptly offered us a reasonable alternative and we when we elected to wait for our original order the staff gave us the rest of our order early so we could start our meal, the manager personally apologised, kept us updated and brought us our very freshly cooked food asap. Appreciate the effort.

Absolute shocker for our meal tonight. Normally we strike it good. Good friendly staff, quick and food spot on.nNot tonight. We were pretty disappointed.n1. Chips squashed in the bottom of the bagn2. 4 Burgers in the order, not one of them were correct, some had no lettuce, no sauce, heaps of sauce, incorrect sauce, tenders rather than a pattie. Oh and the way they were put together omg, a 5 year old could do better. The wrapping..... Mmmm need lessons.n3. To top it all off, normally it'll still be warm once we get home, not tonight, it was coldnnLooks like you are going to have to supervise your staff better, to make sure they do a better job. It should not matter if you are busy or not, the standard needs to be better.nnSuper disappointed. Staff should have more care.
Kids wanted it on their way to Rockhampton so Maryborough KFC it was. Busy and parking is good as in the vicinity of the shopping centre. Drive thru was quick and meal well it's KFC.
Wait 30 mins for 8 Tenders and A can of 7 UP. Each time we asked how long until the order would be finished got told one minute.
