Staff have very little customer communication. Also staff have very poor product knowledge.nStaff are very ignorant to the needs of customers. The store fails to even carry Liquorland home products .
Just went into the store and the lady was so rude. We asked her 2 questions and she didn’t care in the slightest and just walked off and said the answer which we couldn’t hear. She was more concerned with stacking her shelves than helping the only customers in the store. Disappointing considering so many people would kill to have a job right now.
Love this liquorland stocks so much billsons we’ll always go here when we need a restock
