We have Courtney Smith as our Property Manager and she has always been very punctual and kind, and made sure to inform us of everything ahead of time and answer any questions we have. 10/10 would recommend. As a tenant, it can be quite the process to find and apply for a new place to call home, and Brooke Barnes from Obrien Real Estate has been the most amazing property manager from day 1. Circumstances meant I couldn't view the property before moving in, so Brooke took the time to talk me through the photos and provided clarifications, was patient as I further researched the suburb, and made the next steps process seamless. The beautiful scented candle gift when collecting the keys at the start of my lease was such a nice gesture from the agency. Brooke has always been available, responsive, professional and genuinely friendly and caring over the phone, texts, and emails.

Highly recommend Karen Arnott from O'Brien Cranbourne. She displayed exceptional customer service from the first phone call, treating us with respect and courtesy, unlike all the other property managers we dealt with whilst trying to find a rental property. O'Brien have a 3D virtual inspection tool for their properties, which makes it incredibly easy and reassuring when choosing the best property to apply for especially when like us you can't inspect the property in person, we live 4 hours drive away.

Highly recommend Obrien Real Estate Cranbourne! Our property manager Courtney has been amazing - very friendly, professional, prompt and easy to deal with. We even received a lovely welcome gift bag when we collected our keys.

Karen was only our Property Manager for a few months before the end of our lease but she was extremely helpful. I appreciated her prompt responses to issues and assistance in resolving problems. Best experience I have had with a Property Manager.

I wasn’t supposed to give a 5 stars without the changed of our property manager. We had so much trouble after purchasing our investment property 2 years back. Our previous property manager was irresponsible and didn’t answer our enquiries. There was a time where the rental payment didn’t go through for 2-3months lucky we had enough funds to pay our mortage. If I didn’t submit an escalation to the main office it wouldn’t rectified.Anyways, we are so happy that Brooke is our new property manager and she managed our rents properly in a fair go. She efficiently respondeded to our queries via email and sms. I would highly recommend her. Also, photos taken at your Cranbourne office. Very cozy!
