I was having a good experience until I got to the counter where the unhappy staff who appear to lack a bit of pride and courtesy. The lady in front of me purchased 2 x 9 metres of fabric, the counter person on completion of the transaction just shoved the material into a plastic bag, no folding - I know your competitors would have folded the material before bagging it. Here's what I think ladies, if you are grumpy and don't want to be at work, leave!
