As a rider, I attended this service station as I’ve done many times before. On this occasion it was about 330am Thursday morning. I attempted to fill my bike with petrol but nothing happened. I replaced the bowsers 3 times and the pump still wouldn’t work. Each time looking fat the attendant at the register. After the 3 time, the attended tried to say something over the speaker he couldn’t be understood. So I hopped off the bike and entered the store with my open faced helmet. The mustered “you have to prepay’... I replied it’s a 17 litre tank on the bike so how am I supposed to know when it’s full, how much do you give you ? The attendant was utterly rude and said give me $10, and also you were doing the wrong thing. You sat on your bike and you have you’re helmet on so you did two things wrong. I replied with “no I didn’t , do you want my money or not or I can go elsewhere . He said you can go. I replied “ you’re an idiot” Up until that point, I wasn’t rude or negative demeanor. The second thing is, it’s not a safety issue sitting on the bike, despite you’re reasoning behind if the fuel is spilt onto the engine it would catch fire . A: that’s ridiculous B: if that were the case, sitting on it or off it, you can’t prevent it. C: if it was such a safety issue, it would be absolutely compulsory in ever service station in Victoria/ Australia but it is not. I fill up at countless service stations that never request me to get off my bike and also never have signage to do so. And just left and filled up at BP service station where he attendant politely asked me to get off he bike and didn’t ask me to prepay. End result - you lost yet another customer and a few others because of your silly little rules and bad customer service . There are 3 other service stations 100 meters up the road that are happy to accept my business and treat customers with respect. Good luck to you! Rant over!

I regularly use this service station but unfortunately whenever I ride my motorcycle there they don't allowed me to fill up until I pay first no matter what time of the day it was explained to me that they don't allowed any Motorcycles to fill up without paying first to me I find that a form of discrimination 2 things I hate discrimination and racism
