This bp has some good staff but today I had to deal with one who is very racist and unprofessional, I forgot to note his name but he’s around 55yrs old white guy with white hair I can’t believe how racist he is just to change a empty bottle of Gas which I got from another staff who was there before him,but unfortunately the bottle wasn’t working so I had to take it back and ask for another one but even he saw everything in cctv he still refused to give me another bottle of Gas and instead he refunded my money even though I asked him to just change the bottle of Gas I don’t want refund,I hope the management of this specific Bp follow this matter with him!
What if a petrol station was just long-term car parking w a car/diesel mechanic, that also sold power tools, and was a car parts dealer. That partnered with local wreckers, where they would direct you to the closest wreckers, and you could go there to scavenge parts for your car with the power tools. Not bad.
I had a very unpleasant experience at the BP store.nnThe female staff member was extremely disrespectful toward me.nnI politely asked to use the bathroom, and she refused, stating that it needed to be cleaned. Her attitude was unprofessional, nnand she also used inappropriate and offensive language, which made the situation very uncomfortable.nnThis was a very poor customer service experience, and I was quite disappointed by the way I was treated.nnI hope this matter can be looked into seriously.nnKind regards,
Mohit
