The worker on tonight said they were closed at 1045 and we really needed a tow rope. I saw they had one and could be a quick transaction but he said no. Upon checking the site showed they close at 11. So I called and asked why they closed early and he didn’t say why. I said I was going to complain and he was cocky saying yeah go and tell her… he’s giving scam call centre vibes.
I had a terrible experience at this BP fuel station. The staff was incredibly aggressive and exhibited some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They mistakenly charged me for someone else's fuel and, when I pointed out the error, they didn't even bother to apologize. Instead, they were rude and dismissive, making the entire situation even more frustrating. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Avoid this place if you value good customer service and a hassle-free experience.nnNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
Very rude and aggressive not good customer service. His name is VENKAT , he had a worst customer service. He charge me different pump and I paid extra pay. I got fuel in my car $50and he charge me $58 after the payment I realised and I ask him why you charge me extra. He responded very bad not even explaining me anything it was his mistake still he is not saying sorry and he didn’t refund me. He is one of the worst employer I have seen in BP. My message it will help other people to check before payment. This BP they are doing all cheating. I hope manager can review this experience. I would never suggest anyone to go this bP. They are the worst people employer name is VENKAT
Very rude and aggressive employee. His name is Manoj. Threatening and said not to come here again, was just cleaning my windscreen and he came down to me threatening aggressively saying its not a car wash. I fill up here every week and thinking of never come back. If you want to get insulted then only go there. Not recommending this place to fill up anymore as dont think management is any good here who cant handle their employee behaviour.
Very bad experience we had here yesterday as BP employee abused us and was threatening us not to come back again and we felt like heManoj-Employee is going to hit us. Not safe to go this place as seems management dont have control on their employee behaviour.
