For over two years I've regularly bought my petrol here - I've always paid promptly, acting friendly and courteously. It's convenient located so I put up with THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (with the exception of 1or 2 casuals employees).      
We also put up with their REFUSAL to process our payment using the 7 eleven app that slightly discounts fuel. THEIR  COMPANY PROMOTES THIS APP AND THEIR STORE IS LEGALLY OBLIGED TO COMPLY WITH IT'S USE.  THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT!!

However, the final straw was when we were pumping fuel into the car at about 8am on the way to work (which we did a few times a week) when it suddenly stopped. When  I went inside to enquire about the hold up I was very rudely told "you must pay first." I asked why she was singling out a familiar customer with a familiar car who had always paid - she wouldn't even look at me and rudely repeated - "YOU MUST PAY FIRST!" The other customers were not asked to do the same??  Hopefully the new 7 eleven, around the corner on Heatherton Rd, will be customer friendly and that my money will be welcome. Luckily it's also on my way to work. 😁
