Shell Express Dandenong: Overpriced and DisappointingnShell Express Dandenong is easily one of the worst petrol stations in town. After giving them multiple chances, I've finally given up on them. They’re always the first to hike up fuel prices and the last to bring them down, often charging a full 10 cents more per liter than other stations. It's frustrating and unfair. I no longer recommend this place—do yourself a favor and drive an extra kilometer to United. It's cheaper, and the service is better.

Coffee machine is out of order 80% of the time. It's like trying to get a soft serve from Maccas.

Worst coles express. The Indian lady with glasses is the most disrespectful person and acts like a man. I bought a cable which wasn’t working, I came back with receipt in 5 minutes to the shop and asked her to exchange it with another one. She refused to exchange and said you have to pay for another one because this store doesn’t have refund or exchange policy. I called Coles customer care, they said if you have receipts you will get refund or exchange even I put the phone on speaker but she still refused to do it. I was in emergency and had to buy another one.

The girl at counter refused service because I wanted to pay Cash

I called this fuel station to confirm the price of petrol and lady staff said they aren’t allowed to tell the prices on phone. I have called 100s of the fuel station and never heard this type of policy. I mean are you selling something illegal for which you can’t tell the price?nI guess the fuel station is loosing their sales because of this policy as after getting the reply on call, I called a different fuel station and went there.
