Very good versatile super market with lots of middle eastern and south East Asian specialists foods ingredients collection along with good range of butchers and Bakery products.  During our visit received a great customer service from Adam in the Pastry Bakery section. Adam went and beyond to assist with our needs and assist us with our bulk shopping needs,  thank you Adam      Parking may be slightly challenging during the busy days, otherwise really good super market with descent price maybe not the cheapest but reasonably priced and quality products.

A great selection of meat, rice, fruits and international foods. We always make the trip to Marmara for our monthly meat shop. Lamb curry, mince, steaks, various chicken; they have everything you need at a reasonable price. You will also find many middle Eastern foods here. Although, the customer service is average, and they need to do something about that smell.

Hi Management,  This review may not give any impact on the business that has been established for years with thousands of customers visiting the store every day but I just want to address my experience with the Marmara staff that extremely rude and incompetent at their jobs Not to mention all of them a few of them nice  As a Business, we ordered hundred of hundreds of kilos of meat every week I feel so disappointed with the inappropriate behaviour that has been addressed to me.  I understand the frustration of the exhaustion behind the counter I can see the staff yelling and screaming at one another even though, they still need to pay respect to customers who were there just want to get their meats.  In conclusion, Marmara staff especially in the butcher section behaves they don’t need any customers and not appreciate any of them as they think have enough not knowing 1 lost customer will lead to 100 lost customers and so on they may not care because its not their customers but Marmara.  I hope this will get better in future and staff who works there are well trained especially when it comes to customer service. I ordered meat by phone , it was a large order for a party. I  told them I needed delivery, I rang the next day for my order as no one called for the money. It appears no one knew about my order and they told me to come in to order as free delivery is minimum $300 order, on the website it is min. $200. They need a proper manager that cares as it appears no one there cares about customer service. I suppose they cannot be cheap and provide a basic level service at the same time.  Now I have to make a special trip for my order. not happy!!!!

Very convenient place to shop all grocery items. But staffs are not behaving well. They are very rude and bad. Today I bought some tomatoes.she put them like balls. They need proper training to deal with customers.

Horrid parking. You better have patience trying to get one but that tells you how popular this place is. And that means quality meat. Go early if you wish to snag a parking space. Early bird get it's worm. A whole plethora of meat selection. There's also the usual groceries if that tickles you fancy.

Had an unpleasant experience at this store today. I went there to buy some fruits. Many of them had no price tags. I was trying to find the price of a particular fruit; no price tag, but I discovered more of that fruit a few steps away. So, I moved towards them. A few seconds later I realised that I had accidentally knocked a couple of apples from an overstacked tray. I was wondering whether I should pick them up, knowing that some stores prefer their customers not to pick them up and let their staff deal with it. However, on this occasion, before I could do anothing, a staff who was a few steps away started hurling abuse at me by repeatedly saying "thank you'. He said it five times,looking at me every time within a matter of minutes. Looked like a senior staff, could be the store manager . This was totally unnecessary but I decided not to respond and walked away. Oh, he had another staff pick up the apples and when I tried to ask this staff the price of the fruit I was after, the abusing staff called the other guy and made sure I was not attended to.

Great shop for fresh seafood, halal fresh meat/chicken/mutton/lamb, good farmers quality veggies & fruits , awesome varieties to choose from. I love their fresh roti/naan section. Dry fruits quality is excellent, marinated olives, cheeses, salami. That’s our one stop shop for halal meat & groceries !!

I used to love the place but after time after time buying bulk rotten meat I'm getting sick of it" specially when the stupid worker's are saying they're manager's. The owners need these people sacked because if you don't  you're going to get a big law suit one of these days. People needs to start complaining to the Dandenong council about all the complaints people have put here they can do something about it  other ways they're not going to stop.

-I bought 8 kg beef mince and it looks like 6 kg fat in it..it looks so white,and taste sooo oily,smell so oily.. -some products dont have price on it. -some products price is cheap on the shelf but when you pay they charge higher price  ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICE AT REGISTER.. -some workers has to learn good custemer service... -low quality HIGH PRICE.
