Leonards House of Love

This is one of our all time FAV places in Melbourne. I used to come to this bar in the old days. They’ve done a great job doing it up into a cool laid back casual rock bar. Their burgers are amazing. It’s all in the patty and their sauces. And as you know we are all about dog friendly places - you can take the pooch with you. How good is that! My only gripe - they keep running out of potato gems and it’s one of the only reasons why I want to go! They’ve been off the menu/out of stock about 5 visits now…..please keep them stocked up.

Splendid burgers! Our favorite go-to-place in Melbourne for burgers. The bar’s a bit noisy but staff are attentive and efficient. A table is not that hard to find. The south side fried chicken burger is the best burger we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for something spicier, the hot chicken burger would be your choice. Fries and chicken tenders were great too. 5/5 for us.

A great place for a burger and pint. I had the Onion-Bacon Cheeseburger and it was fantastic. The gravy in their Pontine Fries was thick and warm. The place was packed at 7:00pm when I arrived but more space opened quickly once they got their takeaway orders. Superb decor, wooden bar with candles and a real "American pub" vibe with licence plates etc on the walls. The staff were friendly, quick to serve and attentive. I'll be coming again.

Ordered all the habenaro sauced ones as I like my food spicy. Delicious :D Good selection of beers both on tap and in tins. Very nice atmosphere both inside and outside

This place has an amazing vibe all day every day. If you didn’t try Leopard’s you didn’t live live to the fullest! The double cheeseburger and the chicken tenders are the best! Always consistently good Dog friendly Try and thank me later

Oh my gawd. One of the if not the best burger joints in Melbourne. I got the basic cheeseburger. Soft warm buns amazing flavor . If you're a fan of Mary's in Sydney. You should give this a shot.

One of my best bars in Melbourne. They have a great selection of tab beer, snacks, and cocktails. We keep coming back for their Cheeseburger Beef brisket & short rib patty, American cheese, burger sauce, pickles & lettuce, Veggie Burger Beyond burger patty, American cheese, burger sauce, pickles & lettuce, and their famous Chicken Tenders fried chicken tenders tossed in Leonards original seasoning. The burgers are nice & juicy. Not the messy stuff you get outside. The chicken tenders were served hot with fries. The best in Melbourne! And if you feel adventurous, you must try their Pickleback Shot – a shot of Jameson Whiskey followed by a shot of pickle brine. It’s not for everyone, so only try it if you like pickles. And in winter, they serve Mulled Cider, which is perfect for the weather! A must-visit if you are in the area.

Impeccable cocktails, deeeelish food, great service! Loved it, highly recommend!! Only request - turn some of those cheese curds into Poutine! PS: the beyond meat veggie burger was to-die-for!

Always the best food. The best crowds and the best staff! I love this place more than my own house - so if you aren't having any of this amazing food or beverages here; you're wasting your money at the wrong place!

Really loved the vibe of Leonard’s on a Saturday night including the fire place and pool table. Unfortunately the food was a huge let down with my vegan burger being on an ?attempted home made bun or maybe it was gluten free? it was dry and unpleasant. Very greasy burger, cheese and sauce combo. Mushroom gravy on the fries really bland. Okay for a beer but wouldn’t come back to eat again
