My favourite cafe! The best food and warmest service! My go to place multiple times a week! A family run place on chapel street where they take care of their customers! Great coffee, juices and toasties too, besides the menu and specials! Thanks Melissa, Dan and Jane!

Very much enjoyed our breakfast at Peppan’s. Friendly wait staff and quick service. In addition, who doesn’t love a dog friendly cafe - The polaroid photo mural of dog visitors on the wall is a wonderful touch!

Stopped in for lunch at this cafe during lockdown. Wonderful friendly service, good takeaway prices and my toasted vegetarian sandwich had super yummy basil pesto and fresh ingredients. I was surprised and really impressed by how delicious it was!-and only $6! I asked for a “strong” flat white and it wasn’t quite strong enough for my tastes difficult to describe and all cafes have different strength coffee so no complaints. next time I will be more specific and ask for another shot of espresso I think. Was thanked and felt appreciated for supporting their business before leaving-over all really good experience here. I will be back! I love how they have pictures of every customer’s dog on the wall. Super charming place.

We liked the ambiance, sitting and vegetarian variety. The specials and soups of the day were tasty. The homemade fettuccini was brilliant. Good presentation. However, we were not warned about the chillies added to food which are not in the description of the dish on the menu. The veg pasta presented did not represent the description of the sauce on the menu.

Lovely place, great service, great deals, like the egg&bacon for $5 pretty cool and was cooked to perfection! Great finding on busy Chapel where there are so much to choose from that the good ones can get lost in the crowd. Will definitely return. Great space for all geeks out there who enjoy a place with lots of nice clean tables, great coffee, friendly service & affordable food!

Great little cafe right in the heart of Sth Yarra. Staff are welcoming and friendly, and very efficient. Quiet on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm, perfect for getting some work done with the added bonus of wifi. Leaf chai with almond milk was nice, not the best but not the worst, could've been stronger.Soy flat white was smooth, creamy and a good strength. Food looks good but did not sample anything. A relaxed, bright and cheerful ambience, music was good volume and decor is quasi industrial.

Having breakfast at Peppans was a great escape from the terrible weather on a Monday morning. The staff were extremely nice, ambience was great and the music is fabulous. The food is quite affordable. The baguettes are very cheap. And that's before the free coffee deal they have on Monday mornings. My baguette was crunchy, filling and oh so delicious. Would definitely come again if I'm in the area.

The best place to visit on Chapel Street!!!! Will be missed greatly! The staff are beyond friendly and provide more then just customer service… not to mention that amazing food and coffee! No place like it! Vegetarian options: Delicious veg options!
