Can’t fault the team at Le Gear. Benjamin went well and truly out of his way to do everything he could to accomodate getting the right boots for me. Keesha was also amazing and super helpful doing all she could to make a frustrating experience for all,not a worry.  Would highly recommend the store for any tactical needs. Love the shop, but the people are what make it.

Really great store for tactical gear. They have most of what you need, and the quality is great. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The salesperson who helped us out went out of her way to make sure we understood everything. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

Very disappointed, went all the way to Southbank for an earpiece only to be told they don't stick in store. No where on the website when I clicked earpieces did it say not available in store. Wasted a good 3 hours thanks LEGEAR. I'll get my gear somewhere else from now on.

Staff were nice enough, can't complain there, but unfortunately the shop was poorly stocked. I think the owners need to have a good look at how the store is being stocked ran. When people drive kilometres and kilometres in my case a 45 minute drive to get there and then find that a lot of the items they weren't available instore, and to be then told to order those items online, well it's a bit frustrating, because a lot of the time people like to see, feel and yes try the items on before spending the money. So, I felt a bit let down because one thinks that the items shown on the website are going to be available instore. Thanks to the staff for the friendly service anyway.

One word sums it all up in quality, transaction, shipment, communication: PERFECTION  I purchased the fire, rain, and slip resistant safety Magnum boots, and they are the Magnum Opus of all boots… Happy customer is an understatement… ECSTATIC is the reactionary word to PERFECTION

Great store for tactical gear and 5.11 stuff. Amazing customer service as well, will definitely come back.

The people who met me at this place were nice and helpful  and giving me recommendations for shoes based on my exact needs. I would visit here again if the need arises for one of the products they have here.

I did a click and collect order through LEGEAR and could not fault their communication and speed. The following day I received a call to let me know my order was ready. When I attended to pick up my order, the staff at LeGear were very accommodating when I needed assistance in changing the order. Thanks LEGEAR!

No wonder the rating is less than 3.5 ! The online order/ customer service is so hopeless. Eventually got a notification re my click & collect from Southbank store after I chased up for more then 10 X email and phone communications. When I received the order, I found they sent me the wrong one. Good job Legear, if you don't have the capability to run the online services I would suggest you shut it down!

Have ordered from LE gear before, and have always had seamless transactions. Ordered a pair of boots from them two weeks ago, and it seems that they are so busy that they cant be bothered to ship the damn things. For a flat $15 postage fee, I kind of expect my items to be posted in a somewhat timely manner. Never purchasing an item from you again LE Gear!
