W bought two leather chairs and a couch 8 years ago. We are retired people and look after our things. We complained to Natuzzi about 4 years ago that the leather is wearing thin on the chairs and now it has cracked and looks dreadful on one of the chairs., We had no call from them to inspect the furniture. We also purchased 2 couches for our son and his leather is cracking. Rubbish quality and bad service. Looks stylish but does not warrant the price.

Customer service is very poor. I bought something from them that was scheduled for a 3 month delivery timeframe. It was a lot longer than i wanted to wait however i thought id put up with 3 months max. It took 7 months to deliver. At no point did they ever bother to call me to let me know what was happening. Every follow up call i made i experienced a totally disinterested and unhelpful Natuzzi employee. Very bad experience - i recommending avoiding at all costs, otherwise expect to be in for for terrible service and who knows when you're goods will show up, because nothing ever seems to be in stock.
